Thank you for the compliments! We had a lot of fun with this and plan to keep working on it after the jam is completely finished. A small tutorial section may be something we add in later and was not something we thought about in the moment. As for the story elements, the scroll and ball, the distinction was an oversight so I do appreciate the acknowledgement of that. We can't fix problems we don't notice after all.
