Interesting concept and fun to watch zap! zap! zap! once you understand how to increase the various stats. I also had my dots stopping their firing but increasing the energy capacity and recharge rate made them start again. Not super clear what static discharge power... is it the strength of the zapper?

Its because discharge points(red thingies) cosume power to charge, so you need to make sure "static discharge power" never above "energy capacity"~
may be i need to stop upgrade if static discharge power will over capacity.
static discharge power is the discharge points' energy cosume amount and the max energy release to deal damage, so yes, it is the strength of the zapper~
