What does that mean? Voyeur can range from simply peeping on some1 shower or changing to watching characters that are romantic interest banging others which is ntr.
Both? :) The MC peeps on people, and there are some instances of the romance characters having sex with others, but such acts happen before the MC begins their relationship with the character :)
I'm of the opinion that if a character is/will be a romantic interest, is fucking around with others = ntr. Or maybe not strictly the definition of the tag, but certainly the content only those who enjoy said tag would like. Thanks for honest answer and good luck with your game.
