I think the developers were too nice to Adrian. He stays until the end even if you help him. It would be better if paying him after arguing with Joseph makes him leave early, so we can use his room to date other girls.
For real, I would've loved way more if there was a sister instead of him, and I'm totally on board with the idea of making his room as well as the office for someone else if you want them to leave, I think that some locations are wasted.
I just hope they give him a proper route where if he leaves definitely you can still do some things that you need him for
