For RAM you can try to adjust the quality in the settings menu. But if you can't launch the game, you can try this :
open the terminal by typing cmd in the file path. then type the command : ScaleOfSurvival.exe -windowed -ResX=1280 -ResY=720 -QualityLevel=0 and press enter
