Error in windows xp professional sp3 (2002)

"External Achievements" is an old script that I used to use before I figured out how to implement GameJolt's API. I don't exactly know why I kept it in, but I'll have to remove it in the next update.
I'd recommend providing the error_log.txt file so that I have a better understanding of what is going on.
