Are you building the game only for 64-bit? It might be crashing on 32-bit devices... Maybe try building for both 32-bit and 64-bit? If the loading screen loads large media files like high-res images or videos that might cause crashes on low-ram devices. Or (I just learnt this information) they said it might be scoped storage on 10 android. I really appreciate your effort on trying to fix this, this game is still in development of course some problems like this will appear. Good luck with fixing it!
