Seems fun, I'd love to see something to the effect of giving the characters who are not the current Director the chance to find other OOPs for their own personal use. After all it's already been shown theres a reason The Director shouldnt resonate with all the OOPs they find.

Actually, there is nothing prohibiting other players from using Objects of power and that's what the Resonance stat is intended for! Although your point still stands in the sense that I didn't really elaborate on how you would go about finding them, since I just kind of assumed the GM would try to imitate the game and let players find them by chance or by following clues they laid out. A while ago I started working on some roll tables for constructing random maps and dropping random items, including OOPs, maybe I'll try to find the time to wrap them up sometime in the near future.
