Hi, I have a team already for the jam but I was wondering how I'd submit it. Would I just credit them in the description of the game?

You can add the team members as contributors via the admins tab when editing the entry's page

Adding to what AmiableVegetable said, inside the admins tab, when they accepted invites, you can also mark them as contributors so they show up in page!
