The "trick" is to upgrade your bananas per click and bananas per second in the early game, so when you get multipliers with decrees they stack better. Good luck!
Ah, I figured it out. You need to rush "captain in the cabinet" for the +250 per click, then get the initial x10 from the much earlier upgrade.
I found a fatal crash, though, before I could win. I got "I run Contras", and the game crashed a few seconds later, with only "The Yellow Palace" left to buy.
