You're going to have a hard time running that many mods. Even with a well spec PC, you won't get 60FPS. Poly counts vary with all mods and most use twice the amount as the base game content. I have a 3060ti and 64G RAM, and I typically have no issues with 10-15 actively placed quality mods.
