Android download doesn't work. Once it's downloaded it just says "file cannot be opened"
those aren't required. Android has built in extraction software that when the files aren't corrupt it handles it for you. It's not something unique to my phone. If people are needing 3rd party software to access your APK files you should state that. At this rate I'd rather just get a refund cause it seems you don't have an interest in fixing the issue- you got my money so you don't care in the slightest. What a shame.
I'm very sorry you had this technical problem, I would like to help. I can confirm the files aren't corrupt considering no other testers or buyers reported this issue, which is why I asked you to try a different file manager before any other solution.
And we do already suggest using a third-party extraction tool. If you look at the download page, the included video for Android users recommends Files by Google (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.nbu.files).
