i have heard you are willing to expand the game in future development I am curious on how are you going to advance the game since the game ends day by  6  and dina gestation is only week long,  so like  either introducing dina taking on different surrogacy on different circumstances or her pregnancy last longer than the usual time, just curious no need to tell if don't want to give spoilers  but the game kinda feels linear , like the decision  in the game don't have any weight other than small variations ( i might be wrong since i have only played once ) the replayability of this game sucks as V.N is not my usual cup of tea but overall a nice game 

Future updates will eventually include being able to play as Rory instead of Dina, as well as multiple other characters whenever time allows.

I've also considered the possibility that the circumstances can be different, or adding in some other randomised elements, or simply turning it into a never-ending loop where people can earn more money and choose how many Dina decides to carry. I have plenty of ideas to diversify and add more replayability, but we'll see how some of these ideas hold up once I have additional free time to try coding all of these ideas in.

wait Rory is definitely has her own "Gift" so i am curious what factors will it change ( gestations , cravings , proportions or unique interaction with her babies and , etc. ) , like will everyone will have the same gestations or different will some have their own gimmick on their pregnancy?

Rory doesn't have a Gift, no. The premise for her route is that Dina gives her one of her eggs, so she's susceptible to a lot of the same things Dina is, but she'll still have her own unique quirks and gimmicks. Ideally, every route and character will have their own unique gimmicks.
