Yes, this game is still in development – just taking a while.
I've been inching towards a major update for a while now, with fully designed layout, major edits and rewrites to the rules, and lots more artwork.
Save for a lot of places where I'll be wanting more artwork (which will take time, and be dependent on getting funding to pay for the art), the next update will be very close to a finished product.
