I've done the Obo Ramen mission shift 20 times and have 6700 points, but I can't clear stage 1. I can't even talk to Himawari.
before starting ur shift (yuroichi) u can click on information, then Rewards and unlock the story progress on the right.
and you can talk to himawari in the livingroom
