Unrealistic; the game doesn't force you to hold down the button with your arm at full extension the entire time, zero stars.
Seriously though, well done! Some of those questions are *wild*. In the U.S. I had to answer some of them (a few multiple times, even) but I'm thankful no-one ever asked me any of the "morality based" questions. Those are infuriating.
