There is a lot of cheating content from the girls POV where she cheats on her boyfriend. I'd give this one a miss if you're not into that. It's optional, so you can skip it, but you'd be missing a lot of the content of the game.
I thought for a second its not optional because i've played more than a handful even non NSFW games have NTR what makes it even worse you can't skip it
