FOR ANYONE HAVING ERRORS
TRY THIS ONE!!

GO TO THE MAIN GAME'S FOLDER

POKEMONEMERALD>SAVED>CONFIG>WINDOWS

LOCATE THE GAMEUSERSETTINGS.INI AND COPY IT TO ANYWHERE TO MAKE SOME CHANGES

THEN SET THE FRAMERATELIMIT TO 30, COPY IT AGAIN FROM THE WINDOWS FOLDER AND YOU'RE DONE!!

I didnt have this menu to change high dpi settings. It was only a text document

It doesn't help with video error: "Out of video memory trying to allocate a rendering resource..."

When I look at the task manager, it's taking 5.3GB of memory. There's gotta be a memory leak or something.

Not super tech savvy can you explain - "Copy it to anywhere to make some changes". I located the Gameusersettings but not where it has the ".ini"
