I think you should avoid making giant houses in the future, unless you actually need them to be that large in order to populate with tons of content for a quest or similar. Some of the new random houses in cobalt city/snom/upper cerulean are comparable to base-game pallet town. 

They longer to move around and are harder for players to navigate because we can barely see a fourth of them at once. Most of them hardly have enough content to make this an interesting experience.
