I read about Kismet. I had no idea UE3 had a visual scripting language!
its scripting is unrealscript and kismet is visual script (its like the child version of blueprints) i use it bcz my pc is an old windows 8 one

dunno. btw its kinda laggy but smooth
Maybe the FPS is just going a little crazy. That can give a laggy and still smooth feel.

Oh, nice. Like one of those templates, I always use the First Person template for my games. It saves so much time :D
i also have an epic citadel template! that saves time too :D and also i dont have to do too much kismet! btw im making a horror game based of the youtuber steak
