Its a free title. Not sure what you expect of the developer to do, as hiring an artist is expensive and if they aren't recouping their costs, why shouldn't they be allowed to use AI art?
They're not asking the person to take it down, but it's kind of false advertising to tag it with "drawing" when there was no drawing involved. And they're just asking them to tag it with "AI art" so that people know that the art was made with AI.
