for some reason i cant move after leaving the temple with the quest talk to athena, is this on purpose or is it a bug?
Bug, reload the save before talking with Lisa and then look around the city for someone new.
I'm having the same issue.

Okay finding my new friend seemed to fix it and allow me to progress, now I'm stuck on the prank friends quest.
Do i need to do a prank to everyone once?Or do i need to bring out friendship all the way down?
