Guys i played Let Him Go on roblox
and like..
by the end, i was like,, "That's it?"
Because the amount of people I've seen sobbing over this game and crying and whatnot is.. alot, for what happens in the game
maybe im just insensitive or missing something
The only part i got scared was when that bridge broke
Spoiler for anyone who wants to play the game:
Broken Spawn and Fire Ring were best friends who broke up, from what Lime Girl tells us Fire Ring is "not someone you should put your trust in".
Broken Spawn isn't dealing with this well, and seems to keep getting worse every day, in a cycle of waking up, talking a walk, feeling weird, going home, sleeping, having a nightmare, and repeat.
Until the end, he looks,, oddly happy, he has a grin on his face, and once you get out on the road, your stuck there, and Broken Spawn gets run over by a car while Fire Ring watches him.
At the end, we see fire ring visit spawn's grave, saying "It's my fault. I shouldn't have.." and turns around, seeing? Hallucinating? Broken Spawn standing there, with that same grin on his face.
Look- i GENUINELY don't see what was SOOO sad about this game. Like, yeah, Broken Spawn fucking DIES but like.. I just don't see what could be so sad. I completely agree with the bartender "Not listening to your friends' advice? How pathetic." Which is VERY hypocrytic of me, I know, But STILL. I just wasn't that sad. Shocked? Yeah a little, but SAD is an overstatement.
And LOOK, the amount of sheer HATRED i see for Fire Ring is crazy. He is also a human being. yeah, sure, maybe he hurt Broken Spawn alot, but we never get to see a clear reason as to why. And the part in the nightmare where he kills Broken Spawn is what BROKEN SPAWN THINKS he would think of him, we don't know if that is ACTUALLY what Fire Ring thinks of Broken Spawn. I might very well be missing the whole story, but still.
so uh. yeah.
