Mf... Really? This nigga took out Gorebyss and Huntail and said they're garbage. I'm taking that very personally. You coulda just made Luvdisc evolve into Gorebyss and Clamperl evolve into Huntail. And ofc make them Water/Psychic and Water/Dark, as those are the main types for the attacks they learn... And just make it so the held items evolve them in the party menu, if you don't wanna just have them evolve by level up like they should.
Though this was made years ago, so I don't expect this to be taken into consideration at all, lol. Just givin my thoughts anyway.
I will say that it's really cool and probably the most standout thing to me, that Winona's Swellow is shiny in this, to match the anime. I actually can't believe more people haven't done this. Quite baffling. Though I forgot she even had that til I saw this. So kudos for doing that at least.
