somewhat but not really hasnt had an update since the character uploader got reworked or at least thats the last post on feks patreon about rack 2 hes been radiosilent on patreon especially he has a telegram but only ever posts streams on it so honestly i cant really say with confidence that it is but i have hope
hard to say tbh, he makes and posts art and animations still, but idk if he still does anything related to gamedev. i wouldnt mind if he decided that he's not going to work on rack 2 anymore, but it'd be nice to hear a definitive "yes" or "no" or even "idk what i wanna do with it," really just some acknowledgement that rack 2 existed
