Honestly this game is a 3/5 game carried by it's price tag. The core combat system is pretty decent but the out of combat system is the bare minimum and it suffers from a lot of laziness like:

-The encumberance system being based around Bulk, but no items having a Bulk value meaning the GM has to make them up

-A not insignificant number of traits and gear being fluff only, either implicitly (such as Ghost and EDTA) or Explicitly (such as Cyborg and Barrel Reduction) requiring the GM to homebrew the mechanical benefits to taking them. Cyborg in particular feels wrong. Cybernetics always felt more like a gear  option to buy than a feat you have to take.

-a few rules being hidden behind the item or traits that cancels out their effects (For example, the only place that mentions that attacks with your offhand are made with a bane is ambidextrous...which removes that effect. And gaining a bane for using a longarm in an enclosed space is only mentioned in the folding stocks upgrade, which removes the bane)

-a single page for the gm guide, which basically amounts to a pitch for that the game was made to feel and offers no actual guidance on how to make fun or engaging campaigns and encounters. Half of the page is dedicated to bare bones optional rules which are just mechanics lifted from other games. The rest of the gm section is a random mission generator and 25 profiles for units. It would not take long to run through all of the profiles and there is no guide on how to create balanced units yourself, you just kind of have to make stat blocks and hope it works

in short, it feels like a guy made the system he wanted to play, and only put effort into the parts he was actually interested in. Everything else he shrugged away and just put 'Have your gm make something up'. As a result this game is only really good for one shots or short operations of a few sessions in length, unless your gm wants to put a lot of effort into homebrewing a lot of content for it to make a longer campaign actually interesting. This would be unacceptable in a paid product, but it's free so just pick it up and try it yourself
