Looking forward to the Chinese translation. Also, just wanted to throw in a suggestion: the little mini-game where the landlord checks the room? Honestly, super well done. Especially when clothes are half-off and the landlord barges in—it instantly makes you go “oh damn, what’s he thinking?” Adds a nice bit of tension and thrill.

So I was thinking—why not flesh that out a bit more? Right now you can hide under the bed, which is cool, but how about also being able to dive under the blanket? Like, fully pull the covers over both characters, with a bit of strategic transparency depending on how well you’re covered.

Here’s the fun part: maybe the blanket has different “stages” of coverage. In a shallower stage, both characters might have parts of their bodies or heads still visible—more risk of getting caught. In the deepest stage, Our protagonist are fully tucked in, less visible, harder to detect. Adds that extra bit of suspense.

And while you’re under there, maybe there’s still a bit of wiggle room—like staying in the middle of whatever you were doing, or being stuck in a halfway pose when the panic hits. Could be a fun mechanic.
