The link to the “free version” included in the submission form is indeed the game’s complete version, i.e. the one that should go into issue #67 itself.
The game does have a demo, which we’re about to release in a day or two, but we also plan to release the aforementioned full version on the day issue #67 releases - which is why, if you check the game’s page, you’ll find no files currently up for download.
