one quesiton, even if i restart, its broken. The things i try to add to the pot just dont go in. they fall. i cant make anything please help.
are u putting the items right above the pot?
i tried right above and higher up. Also, sometimes if i wait like an hour - half an hour after closing and opening it then it works
If you use the oven mitts, the food will not go in the pot.
