If its not one of new patreon version then you cant find it yet because its not in free version yet.
It isn´t in the patreon version, too. On patreon he works on the dance girl stuff at the moment. if you check the devloc "post streetworker update plans" than you can see, that the casino stuff will come after the dance girl events are finished.
