You can get there by either, pushing through the guards blocking the hall way. Or using either loud or silent explosive in the barracks at the left wall.
Thanks a ton. I do have another problem and i am unsure if it is a bug or not. I have talked Cava and he says he needs more time even after meeting with Ovden. The shopkeeper that tells rumors also tells me to meet with him even though i already have. Is this a bug?
Cava currently doesn't have additional content. That is yet to come. The shopkeeper you are referring to hasn't been updated in a long time, so probably a switch that didn't turn on yet. Sorry for the inconvenience.
