I am not sure, but i believe you can contact support to upload ur game that is beyond the size limit just so you have a working game during voting.
That might help, but the main issue is that my project has individual files that exceed 200 MB. I can get around this though if I split those files apart. I did just manage to get it to work on download, so we will se if it works in browser...
