I think I found a small bug with the ender beads. I put the beads inside her anus and proceeded to piston the same hole, after a while you can hear the beads rattling inside her which causes both holes to contort (regardless if your pistoning or not) and the character to vibrate, like seen here in this ss. This happens to other characters too.
