dude this is one of the best vn I have ever played. I would gladly pay 20 dollars for a full, or even early access edition on steam or itch. also I couldn't care less about how long it takes, or even if it ever gets finished at all. you have already made a beautiful piece of art, and honestly the story feels very complete even now. ill reply to this with my reasoning, but I just feel like if you just dropped the project now to focus on yourself it would be ok

ok so I said I would explain the reason I think the story is whole right now in a reply and so I guess im going to do this lol UHHH SPOILERS BTW
so the themes of the story at this point from my very dumb point of view can be split up into 2 main sections. fear of the past and fear of the future.
Riley spends the whole griff story fearing the past. he fears what griff will think of his relationships with older men, he fears what griff will think of him staying on one place his whole life. He basically just regrets his life, and sees it as a huge problem.
He also fears the future. He is veryyyy conflict averse, and he spends most of the scenes with arguments wishing he wasn't there. He fears for his future, where he will be, what he will do, and how he will feel doing it.
so having the story end here, with some paths looking up (griffs path showing forgiveness), and some looking FARR DOWNNN (you can guess who's path im talking about here lol). you get attached to these characters, you feel for their futures, and you want to see what happens next. to move on you have to accept you won't know what happens next, but also that what already has happened wasn't that bad. its a story of the past and the future (like most vns), and so it being unfinished kinda just parallels life in general.
I have NO CLUE if this makes sense or if it's legible at alllll but whatever you decided to waste ur time reading this junk lmao uhhh idk i just am excited to see what choob does next lol I hope its a vn because they are VERY good at those but anything will be great I just love their art style lol
