If we buy the game here does it include future updates if any for the game since it is flagged as "Complete"? I only ask this because I have noticed a few games that have "Completed" in their information pages but they are still getting updated from fixes to added content including "Paths".

The English version of the game is complete, and if there are updates, those will be included so you would have to download it again, but you wouldn't need to buy it again.
Machine translations are pending for the game, but that doesn't impact the English language version; similar to the legacy version which is also included if you buy it.
