How do I do it?
ask jorgen about the horse after you have had your ass kicked by it but visit Horace first, then you must complete the election quest, also can we just plead that jorgen will become a "love interest" cause we already got a shot of him half naked.
Those are comments from 2 years ago... and Einar and Rasmus seem to be more relevant for romance, probably some sex with him later on.
