Nice game! It's pretty trippy moving around the globe, especially when you're upside down, since the camera doesn't follow suit, and the movement directions effectively become inverted when you're upside down. That's not a complaint by the way; I find it pretty interesting.
You did say this is a platformer, so I'm looking forward to seeing how you create challenging levels out of these mechanics. There was that tidbit about moving one way, jumping, and then moving the opposite way, which made me fly crazy fast around the globe. I look forward to seeing how you create a puzzle out of that particular mechanic.
