I actually have no idea how to start this. When I saw the warning of cruel mc, I didn't know what I was expecting, but I was positively surprised. Such a well written character, the way she worked since the beginning from the shadows, how she digs up dirt on everyone so she can have them on her hand.. Truly wicked, not once questioned her resolve. Even while being a disgusting person, she got me intrigued till the end.
Now Milo... Our sweet Milo... He is a lot. I am always a sucker for shy characters, so he was so cute in the beginning. The way he was so easily influenced by us simply because we "saved" him (as if we were not the cause of it). The way he was continously molded to the point of doing such sickening stuff... The true ending shows us that he is not inherently insane, but that his mental state was so so bad that he was so easily changed by his love to the point of borderline obsession. The true ending really surprised me, I was not expecting such a 4th wall brench and I was left with my mouth hanging open.
Overall, it was such an amazing game, I was always looking forward to what he would do in each ending, and each surprised me more and more!
Well to end this, just to say i love the party route milo the most.. He kept on being cute while also being cunning and manipulative!!! The art is also not the usual you see in many games, but it really added up for the psychological aspect of it, each image was able to show the true terror of what was going on!! But anyways, thank you for such an awesome game!
ps: poor ryan bro, he's the true victim here atp, lowk liked him ; also wish i could have seen a bit more of shy milo but oh well!
