What is the best way to print them?  I've printed them double-sided, flipping on the long edge, and they're off by about a millimeter horizontally and half a millimeter vertically.  Unfortunately, that's enough to cross the gap between cards.  Is this something I can fix, or is it an inherent problem in printing from PDF?

Thanks for identifying potential printing issues.

I've updated the TINGAP-PNPCards.pdf file with the following changes.

  • Centered the page content to correct possible margin issues.
  • Added crop and registration marks to aid alignment.
  • Rotated the card backs so that they flip along the short edge of the page for double-sided printing instead of the long edge to aid alignment.  Duplex printing is not recommended for correct alignment.

Hopefully this will help with your issues and thanks for your support!
