it becomes a RAR file and I don't understand why it doesn't work, it says i need to open it with something but all the options are basic things like Chrome or notepad. (also, sorry haven't replied in 4 days)

you should download winrar https://www.win-rar.com/start.html?&L=0 or convert the file to zip https://cloudconvert.com/rar-to-zip.
