The lead Dev posted in the announcements in the discord on 5/3/25, a little over 2 weeks ago.
"New update is ready. At least my part of the work. I'm waiting for rest of things to be delivered so I can release the new update. This excesive delay came out since the one in charge of those things went through an horrible irl experience.. so they aren't currently able to do. I can't just change the person since that would be rude and also very weird for the game. So once more, I ask for a bit more of patience, just so this person feels better and can finish their part, alright?"
"Obviously, since my part is done, I've been working in the next already. So this delay will NOT affect the next one. Aka. you will have 2 big updates, one after another, very closely...I have no idea when the update will be finally ready. What I can guarantee is, this month will be -for sure-. 100%."
So only 9 more days at most.
