Yep! It might be a bit tough since Android is still experimental (working on optimizing before doing OS changes) - but you should be able to tap + drag the dot through the puzzle to take off her clothes.
Ah, i was wondering why the Android version was nearly unplayable. It's a W.I.P, that explains the horrible framrate lol
