This mod is only a texture pack, it just modifies a static texture showing information that never change (except during updates).
Printing railways, which are dynamic data like intel is completely different mod from a technical pov. I've never heard of a mod doing such a thing.
And because of modding restriction, I believe showing train rail lines on the minimap is something only Siege Camp can implement.
