thank you so much for taking time to write this insightful comment!
such a great piece of feedback, multiple valid concerns raised for me reconsider, together with potential approaches.

as you accurately recognized, some of the things that you find subpar are like they are purely because of the state that the game is currently on... and my chaotic creative process. it will keep evolving iteratively, mostly depending on my technical and art skill progress :))

that being said, i will carefully analyze your points. hopefully, next time you pick up Hemomaner for testing, you will either see your suggestions implemented or my solutions polished and improved enough to sway you in their favor.

to address your disclaimer about potentially offending me, i wanted to write more of a general statement for all people active in the comments:

by making the early prototype public, i made a conscious decision to open myself for any feedback.

no matter who you are or how you deliver it, do not feel like you need to apologize for any suggestions. i don't mind if you are feeling like using harsh words or even if you think the game is horrible - i can still derive a lot from opinions like that!

i'm excited to get more honest, unfiltered feedback - keep it coming :))
