follow elizas assistant quest until you unlock the drug den
in the drug den there are boxes in the map that look like [ ! ] and theres a chance to find kidlat in those areas
How do I get to be an assistant tho I'm kinda stuck what I shold interact to get that
find eliza in the medical lobby and ask her about it
you might have to search through her dialogue
It doesn't appear for me tho
