Yes, progress through it enough, it'll unlock the option of seeing cuckolding/threesome scenes during the endings with Derek.

- You need to have level 3 Ring of Compulsion (with use for the day) - from the mechanic storyline

- You need to see the fuck with Vance before

- Afterwards, go to the after-work party and there will be more option during the confrontation in the garage
