G’day I’m trying to play the game on my iPad through Safari but after starting to play an chatting it suddenly kind of crashes and reload the whole website and having to wait for the game to load again so I’m not sure if this is a bug or something?

In the meantime, you can try use a different browser, make sure Low Power Mode is off and try clearing the browser cache before reloading the game
