we don't know for sure ill run it through a virtual machine and see what happens, if it is a trojan a browser would say " this website tried to download a malciious file"
it is. if u have a rat discconnect your internet from ur your pc and reinstall windows after scan for viruses. if i get a virus from a website i report it to google and microsoft that way if someone visits it later it will get flagged as a virus
