First of all, the mind control only happens if the player consented/agreed to it. Second of all, what you just described is rape. So, it won't be added to the game.
It's a kink, if both party agreed to it beforehand then it's not assault (somno, CNC, bdsm are all kink that needs trust and in depth talking before going at it) but idk how they'd be able to implement that in game, I think it'd be tedious
