There's no instructions for the "Catalog Status" in the anomaly intake form? I can't find it in the employee handbook anywhere :,)

Sorry for the late reply! We did not get a notification about this comment, for some reason. A bit too late to help, but just for the sake of anyone else who sees this comment, the instructions for Catalog Status are included in the "Intake Processing" section on the first page. We'll be making that more clear in the full version!
